Kinesiology is an energetic model of healing which merges gentle chiropractic muscle monitoring techniques with the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, counselling, nutrition and energetic science. Kinesiology uses these techniques to assess stress in the body’s nervous, digestive, muscular, reproductive, endocrine and immune systems and determine the underlying cause of this stress. Kinesiology resolves blockages in the body leading to improvement of one’s wellbeing and vitality.

Energetic imbalances affect people in different ways, so every kinesiology session is tailored specifically to the individual. It is a personal approach that brings understanding and awareness of the root of your condition and uses gentle corrective techniques to reprogram the body and its response to stress and emotions. This enables the client to overcome obstacles and achieve deep and lasting results.

What does the session involve? |
|
Kinesiology is a non-invasive therapy. After an initial discussion with your practitioner you will be asked to lie on a massage table, face up and fully clothed for your treatment to begin. The session will involve your muscles being placed into positions to be assessed. Your practitioner will then ask you specific questions relating to your condition whilst monitoring the muscles.
A kinesiology session should leave you feeling clear minded, relaxed and able to positively move forward to achieve your health goals.
Kinesiology is both gentle and nurturing and is beneficial for treating new-born babies, children of all ages, women (including pregnant and breast feeding women) and men.
