For Parents

The difficulty of caring for a new baby often lies not so much in taking care of yourchild, but taking care of yourself. And yet your baby relies entirely on you, so your health is fundamental. This joyous time can also be physically, mentally and emotionally exhausting, as you adjust to the many changes having a new baby brings. The key to getting through the first weeks and months is to find support wherever you can. All of our Practitioners are experienced in supporting new mothers, fathers, other carers and their family at this important time. We provide a range of natural medicine approaches to nourish and sustain you and can guide you to the most appropriate service for your need. We can also help you with emerging problems or difficulties you may experience including: Following birth, counselling can support early adjustment or any grief from unmet expectations, or simply fulfill the need to understand your experience. Where appropriate, you can also be referred to a number of other resources, linking you into other networks, resources and communities for further support, information or contacts.

For Baby

Due to their natural vitality, babies and children respond exceptionally well to gentle forms of treatment for most common childhood illnesses. We offer a range of approaches to caring for your baby’s health. Our reception staff can help you choose which approach best suits your baby’s current needs.
