Guided Relaxation for Your Nausea in Pregnancy
If you are finding nausea, morning sickness or even vomiting to be a daily issue for you at any stage of your pregnancy, this guided relaxation has been created to help you to manage your symptoms and to provide you with nurture and support.
Simply listen daily to feel more rested and to calm your stress response for the healthiest pregnancy. All you need to do is allow some time to sit or lie down, listen and soak up the words and imagery. For maximum benefit, listen to this track anytime you need nausea relief during your pregnancy. We know “morning sickness” can be at anytime of the day, but listening first thing on waking (perhaps after a small bite to eat to stabilise your blood sugar) is a good idea to start your day well.
