1st Trimester Tea

This organic herbal tea blend helps to support the early stages of pregnancy by calming digestion and relieving digestive issues especially morning sickness and all-day nausea. It also supports the health of the lining of the uterus to maintain implantation. Calming properties of this tea also help to relieve any worries/anxieties the person may have at this early stage about the outcome of the pregnancy.

2nd Trimester Tea

This organic herbal tea blend helps to support the drinker to cope with the frequent and significant changes occurring within their body and mind as the baby develops and grows, particularly in maintaining the function of the digestive system and supporting healthy development with mineral-rich herbs.

Increased pressure on muscles and joints can leave the person feeling sore and tired, so this tea helps to reduce this inflammation and encourages a sense of calmness and relaxation.

3rd Trimester Tea

This organic herbal tea blend leaves the drinker feeling ready for a positive birthing experience by preparing the uterus/womb for the delivery of their baby in a swift and timely manner. By prepping and priming the uterus, there is thought to be a reduced likelihood of intervention being needed and a reduced chance of complications occurring.

This blend also helps to support the liver and kidneys to process the extra demands of pregnancy, relieving fluid retention, itchy skin and supporting healthy blood development.

Breastfeeding Tea

Breastfeeding tea supports the healthy production and flow of breast milk to deliver all the essential nutrients needed to help a newborn thrive. This is a calming formula to support sleep, healing and nourishment.

This mineral-rich tea will not only improve the production of milk but deliver calming herbal constituents to your baby to help relieve digestive upset / colic and help them sleep.

If you drink a few cups during the day, you will sleep better at night, getting more quickly to REM stage of sleep but without sedating. Helps to take the edge off anxiety and induces feelings of calm.

Cold, Flu & Fever

Supports the body to fight off colds/flus/infections by supporting the immune system through increasing the body’s core temperature and encouraging a fever to break, while also helping to break up and expel any mucus that may be present. Great for snotty noses, coughs, sore throats and fevers.

Cool, Calm & Collected

Cool, calm & collected helps to reduce feelings of stress and worry and induces a state of relaxation by supporting a frayed nervous system and decreasing the fight-or-flight response. It is perfect for digestive upsets caused or aggravated by stress, helps take the edge off anxiety and improves sleep.

Dandelion Leaf

Dandelion Leaf is a powerful diuretic that can help to support detoxification through the kidneys. This is beneficial for expelling toxins from the body and is highly indicated in conditions such as recurrent cystitis. It can also be highly beneficial in reducing fluid retention/swelling in pregnancy.

Dandelion Root

Dandelion Root supports digestion and liver detoxification by increasing the flow of digestive enzymes to help us break down the food that we consume. For the drinker, this will help to relieve any bloating or digestive discomfort that may occur after a meal. It’s mild laxative action supports improved regularity to help the patient feel lighter and more energetic. It is THE BEST coffee substitute and milk can be added. It is bitter like coffee and has no caffeine.

Nettle Leaf

Nettle Leaf tea is rich in nutrients which helps to support optimal wellbeing in the drinker, while also providing a strong dose of antioxidants. Within the body, this helps to protect against free radical damage and reduce inflammation. It is also mineral rich and highly nutritive.

Nighty Night

Nighty night tea helps to prepare the drinker for a restful and restorative night’s sleep by inducing relaxation and calming a racing mind. It nourishes the nervous and adrenal systems to improve their function over time.

Some research shows it shortens the second stage of labour and reduces the need for medical intervention. Care is required in terms of which trimesters are best to drink Raspberry Leaf tea. Be sure to check with your practitioner before drinking this tea.
