Areas of Interest
Tara’s clinical style is holistic, thoughtful and patient centred. Her approach has been shaped not only by extensive academic training, but also by her own lived experience from having navigating her own fertility challenges. This journey deepened her belief in a model of care that treats the body as an interconnected whole, rather than fragmenting symptoms in isolation.
She is known for creating a calm, safe and supportive space where patients feel genuinely heard. Tara’s treatments focus on identifying root causes and supporting long-term wellbeing, rather than short-term symptom relief. Her treatments are individualised and may incorporate acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, dietary therapy and lifestyle guidance, tailored to each patient’s constitution and life stage.
Outside of clinical practice, Tara enjoys spending time with her young daughter, travelling, cooking, staying active and being in nature.
