This clinical case study explores a collaborative model of integrative preconception care in a couple with complex autoimmune infertility and repeated IVF failure. Developed through a referral partnership between Thrive Fertility and Fertile Ground Health Group, the case highlights how coordinated multidisciplinary care may support patients navigating medically complex fertility journeys.
