Your Role and Responsibilities:
You’ll provide evidence-based counselling or psychological support to individuals and couples across the reproductive and parenting journey including:
Patient Care Excellence: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care across a range of reproductive and parenting-related issues, including:
- Reproductive cycle issues
- Fertility, IVF and ART support
- Pregnancy and postpartum mental health
- Loss and grief counselling
- Birth trauma and birth preparation
- Parenthood and relationships, including couples therapy
- Peri menopause
Community Engagement: Establish yourself as a trusted practitioner within our patient community and a respected voice in the profession through cultivating meaningful referral partnerships, an engaging social media presence, and taking up various opportunities (eg leading workshops, speaking publicly etc).
You’ll also be invited to participate in community engagement, referral network development and optional professional visibility opportunities that align with your interests.
Who We’re Looking For:
You are a registered counsellor, psychologist or social worker with:
- Qualifications & Professional Membership: preference for Master’s level with clinical membership (PACFA, ACA, AASW, AHPRA or equivalent).
- Experience and Passion: A dedicated practitioner with a passion for reproductive health and a strong desire to specialise
- Confidence in Managing Your Own Caseload while benefiting from shared systems and support
- Collaborative Spirit: Someone who deeply values teamwork and building strong referrer relationships both within our team and with our referral partners and network.
- Growth Mindset: Eager to raise your profile and take on exciting opportunities that promote professional growth.
- Availability for a minimum of 2 patient sessions per week.
